Microneedling is a natural, effective method to rejuvenate and repair the skin. It is a kind of mechanical stimulation with the help of tiny sterile medical grade needles which make thousands of microchannels in the skin.

During the healing process, stimulation of collagen synthesis occurs and changes the function and look of the already hurt skin. The results are even more drastic when special serums or PRP (Plasma Rich Proteins) are applied to the skin during the microneedling process.

Microneedling has also proven very effective in treating hair loss and thinning hair.

How Microneedling Works

After sanitizing the skin, some numbing cream is applied on the skin. Once numb, a few tiny medical grade needles with proper diameter and depth are inserted through the skin, stimulating growth factor, collagen and ellastin, firmness and elasticity, known as rejuvenation!

Microneedling on acne scars is effective as well as on neck wrinkles.

Other treatment areas include: burn scars, stretch marks, thinning hair (applied with sterile mesotherapy serums), and pigmentation.

Benefits of Microneedling

The best benefit of Microneedling is that it is an affordable, holistic method which utilizes the body’s own natural repair ability.  There is no downtime, no bleeding or complications.   The main point to focus on is sterility and using standard quality device. We have seen dramatic results from this treatment for skin texture, fine lines, and acne scarring,

After Care

An SPF moisturizer cream is needed for a few days after the treatment, as well as the use of a local antibiotic cream.  A healing cream to soothe redness is recommended which helps delay skin peeling for a week. Avoid wearing any cosmetics for two days after treatment.
